PlumpJack Group, renowned for its iconic wine, hotels and restaurant offerings, has formed an alliance with Timbers Resorts to co-develop, operate and make their respective offerings even more exciting. Timbers Resorts will manage real estate operations at The Orchard at The Carneros Inn - A Timbers Resorts Residence Club, which also features The Carneros Inn, a PlumpJack resort with an acclaimed spa and a vibrant array of dining options: Hilltop Dining Room, Boon Fly Café and FARM.
Jumeirah, the Dubai-based luxury international hospitality management group and a member of Dubai Holding, has been appointed to manage The Preserve at Botany Bay - A Signature Development of Timbers Resorts, occupying the entire western tip of St. Thomas, in the Virgin Islands. Jumeirah will manage the five-star boutique hotel of 84 rooms. Scheduled to open in 2011, the 400-acre resort will also include 30 fractional residences, 30 whole ownership villas and up to 20 grand estates. These serviced residences will be managed by Jumeirah Living, combining the luxury of a prestige hotel with all the privacy and comforts of home.
