Timbers Resorts is dedicated to creating intimate, luxurious resort properties in the world’s most sought-after destinations. Each location we choose is more than just a place – it’s a unique and vibrant community full of rich history, vigorous spirit and incredible people. That’s why at Timbers Resorts, we are committed to a range of philanthropic efforts to support and enhance the communities that have so generously welcomed us.
Among our efforts in local communities, we have established college scholarships for graduating high school seniors; supported youth ski, softball and golf programs; contributed to and volunteered at animal shelters; and made donations to many nonprofits centered on both youth and the Arts, including Everything Outdoor Steamboat, Challenge Aspen, Steamboat’s Strings in the Mountains, Habitat for Humanity, and the Rotary Club.
Along with Patagonia, the Town of Carbondale and Beattie Films, Timbers Resorts is a title sponsor of Carbondale’s 5 Point Film Festival in the spring – a gathering of athletes, environmentalists, filmmakers and outdoor enthusiasts to celebrate life and the love of adventure. The annual event presents film screenings, panel discussions and keynote presentations, with all proceeds directed to the bettering of Carbondale, our hometown headquarters.
