Groves & Vineyards

Because Timbers Resorts celebrates authenticity and local traditions, Owners and guests enjoy the rich agricultural history of rural Tuscany and the Napa Valley through several of our signature developments as well as signature wines produced from top vintners around the world. and if thats not enough, partnerships with Italian Wine Merchants and Crushpad in Timbers Collection offer Owners and guests the ability to participate in any stage of the winemaking process, access to exclusive wine clubs and special releases of new vintages.

Tucked away in the rolling Tuscan hills, the expansive Castello di Casole estate has more than 100 acres of vineyards and 30 acres of old-growth olive groves. The grapes – including Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet and Petit Verdot – are used to produce Dodici, the signature private-label vintage available only to Owners, while the olive groves produce an annual output of just 2,500 bottles of extra virgin olive oil unlike any other.

The Orchard at the Carneros Inn offers a similar experience in the heart of California Wine Country. Its 27 acres of vineyards, fruit trees and pastureland ensure that there’s no shortage of things to see and do on the estate, while more than 500 local wineries ensure countless opportunities for memorable day trips. It’s a perfect combination of agrarian and contemporary living.

The Sebastian - Vail offers elevated dining at Block 16 restaurant with its farm-to-table approach to food. Only the freshest ingredients sourced from regional farmers and suppliers are used on its elegant menu. Created specifically for Block 16, its namesake Cabernet Sauvignon from Page Wine Cellars in Napa is a sensational complement to the cuisine. A series of Vintners’ Dinners with celebrated winemakers take place in the dining room, which debuted with Bryan Page presenting his favorite family-made vintages.
