PlumpJack, renown for its iconic wine, hotels and restaurant offerings, has formed an alliance with Timbers Resorts to co-develop, operate and make their respective offerings even more exciting. Timbers Resorts will manage real estate operations at The Orchard at The Carneros Inn, PlumpJack’s Napa property, which also features The Carneros Inn with an acclaimed spa and a vibrant array of dining options: Hilltop Dining Room, Boon Fly Café and FARM. In like fashion, PlumpJack will manage operations at many of Timbers Resorts properties.

SV Capital has been our joint venture partner in most luxury resort development by providing capital, locating debt, partnering on project location, due diligence, and deal-structuring, as well as, ongoing capital/debt management and project monitoring. And, they just happen to be great people and friends as well. SV/Timbers is the joint venture of SV Capital and Timbers Resorts. In addition to the excellent resources of SV Capital, Timbers Resorts has also utilized the services and funding of Textron Financial Services, Capital Source and Realty Financial Resources. Our local bank is Alpine Bank in Carbondale, Colorado.

Timbers Resorts and Exclusive Resorts, the leader in luxury destination clubs, announced in 2004 a nonexclusive strategic alliance to include each other in the pursuit of one-of-a-kind resort locations in which both membership concepts may co-exist. Exclusive Resorts has purchased property at most of Timbers Resorts’ private resorts.
