Cellar Management Services
The helpful staff at Italian Wine Merchants assists Timbers Collection Members in creating, managing and tracking the wine cellar they’ve always dreamed of.
- A dedicated Timbers Collection Wine Steward travels to their cellar at home and at their Timbers Resorts residence to create a palate profile and a cellar strategy suited for their individual preferences and investment objectives.
- Online tracking software allows Members to access their cellar anywhere at anytime to log tasting notes and track purchases and consumption.
- In addition to vintage recommendations, Italian Wine Merchants will provide dedicated tasting notes, optimal drinking dates, and menu pairings for that special meal.
Timbers Collection Wine Club
With the expertise of Italian Wine Merchants, we’ve created four different club memberships whose focus depends on one’s passion for the grape. Memberships range from highly approachable to pleasantly complex to highly sought-after “cult and iconic” vintages of exceptional provenance. All club levels include six wines shipped quarterly with wine and producer notes, food pairing suggestions, recipes from Timbers Collection Restaurants, chef, partners and more.
Additionally, Members will also be able to purchase new releases of the exclusive vintage produced by renowned winemaker, Piero Incisa della Rocchetta, from our estate in Tuscany, Castello di Casole.
