Castello di Casole – A Timbers Resorts, a castle first erected in the 10th century. Its 100 acres were planted with olive groves and organic vineyards, and today it’s a mecca for tasting all that Tuscany has to offer. Tuck into handmade pappardelle pasta with boar ragout and a rustic  saffron risotto in Ristorante Tosca or sip a robust Brunello di Montalcino in Bar Visconti’s Old Hollywood-inspired surrounds. Out gift to you is lunch and credit to use in the spa, housed in the estate’s former wine cellar, where you’ll find local ingredients such as Millefiori honey in the form of a crystalized body scrub.

Recently, Timbers Resorts installed 18 trail signs to compliment three walking and jogging loops on the former Mokihana Golf Course that totals about five miles.

Timbers Resorts has completed the renovation of the Ocean Course at Hokuala, now open to the public. According to a release, in addition to the substantial improvements to the golf course, formerly known as the Kiele Course at Kauai Lagoons, work has also begun on the course's expanded practice facility. Construction is set to begin later this year on a luxurious new clubhouse featuring an enhanced pro shop, lagoon-side restaurant and bar, and Tennis Garden.

A 2,948-square-foot condo on top of a new Aspen residential project sold for $16 million, which developers say is an Aspen price-per-square-foot record.

Developers of Dancing Bear Aspen, 411 S Monarch St., said the sale price of $5,427 per square foot tops the previous downtown Aspen residential sales record by more than $1,100 per square foot.
